1.This extrusion line adopts the maintenance-free motor and speed reducer drive straight league way, can effectively prevent the low efficiency of conventional belt transmission, great error in the transmission of revolution, belt and pulley of friction powder pollution clean workshop and so on defect;
2. This extrusion line from the mold to cut off the conveyor trough, where contact with the product are imported 304 stainless steel precision forming, tractor adopts Siemens servo motor control, ensure the long-term operation, drawing the stability of high speed and high precision low water tank with water ring type vacuum degree of vacuum forming way, ensure pipe roundness and accuracy;
