HDLT-S Vacuum Yarn Ageing Steaming Machine
Machine specifications
This machine adopts indirect steam heating, through vacuumization to boil the water of water trough under low temperature, thus produce saturated steam, soft treat different kinds of yarn and fabric heating up from low temperature to high temperature.
Technical parameter
1. Loading capacity: 500kg(gray yarn of cotton cones uses pin loading car, changes according to different fibers, different package types, different loading modes ) .
2.Model: inner diameter of tank: 1600mm, tank length:3000mm(efficient working length).
3.Processing temperature: 50℃~110℃(saturated steam range)
4.Working pressure: -0.085~+0.05 MPa.
5.Heating mode: steam heating(Steam pressure above 0.5Mpa)
6.Thermal insulating layer: 70mm thick asbestos thermal insulating layer, shell is made of aluminium plate.
7.Opening door type: automatic right side opening door(oil hydraulic power, motor power 0.75kw)
