Product Application
Hose reel irrigation systems consist of a wheeled cart with a large sprinkler (commonly being called "gun" or "big gun"), the basic machine unit with a hose reel and an irrigation hose.
High efficient, energy-saving, reliable,simple and impact type water turbine driving device, chain transfer motion,low working pressure,compact,easy to operate,big irrigation area.
The wheeled cart (also sprinkler cart) is pulled by PE pipe during operation.
There are two models of hose reel irrigation system, that are sprinkler model and boom model (with wings).

Hot-dip galvanized undercarriage, turntable, sled and shut-off frame provide lasting anti-corrosion protection.
The pipe drum is a particularly torsion resistant construction of profiles and edged segments. All cover segments are firmly welded on the drum frame.
The chain drive is manufactured with lowest tolerances to ensure a maintenance free operation for a long time of use even at high retraction forces.
This mechanism guarantees a constant retraction speed and prevents damages to the machine by an instant emergency shut-off functionality.
