Hose reel irrigation systems consist of a wheeled cart with a large sprinkler (commonly being called "gun" or "big gun"), the basic machine unit with a hose reel and an irrigation hose.

The wheeled cart (also sprinkler cart) is pulled by PE pipe during operation.
There are two models of hose reel irrigation system, that are sprinkler model and boom model (with wings). |

Layering mechanism for constant PE-pipe rewinding This mechanism guarantees a constant retraction speed and prevents damages to the machine by an instant emergency shut-off functionality.

Sturdy support frame Strong support legs and rack jack firmly anchor the Aquajet during the operating process and even at high retraction forces.

Turbine TX 20 The structure of axial turbine reduces requirements of energy considerably and energy needed when it is operated with low pressure. It keeps fast rewinding speed even at low water flow rates. The integrated precision control system makes uniform precipitation on entire strip length possible. |

a) Put the irrigator on the one end of the field.
b) Pull the pipes which wrapped on the reel and the spraying cart connected with pipes to the other end of the field with tractor.
c) Connect the pipes with water and get certain water pressure, then the spraying cart can irrigate. At the mean time, the machine drives the reel by the mechanical kinetic energy which made by water turbine, gearbox and transmission system working. The rotation of reel makes pipes rewinding from the end of field to the machine.
d) And then the reel ratates and the spraying cart moves back at designed speed. The cart sprays water while walking until it finishes the whole irrigation.
e) When the spraying cart travels back to the machine, the machine can lift the cart and fix it on the machine. And now the whole irrigation has been finished.
f) Cut the water. The machine can be moved to another field and irrigate.
