High efficiency rubber belt conveyor for mining processing
Belt conveyor are widely used in mining. In the mining line, Belt conveyor is generally installed in front of the primary crusher. It can send the ore to crusher evenly and continuously.
Belt conveyor can effectively control the feeding capacity to match with the capacity of the whole crushing palnt.
Notes: The motor can be replaced by speed adjustment motor to adjust the feeding capacity according to the customers requirments.
1,rubber belt have 6 kinds such as 500,650,800,1000,1200,1400mm
2,driving power have 12 kinds, from 1.5 to 200Kw
3,belt speed have 8 kinds such as 0.8,1.0,1.25,1.6,2.0,2.5,3.15,4.0m/s
4,conveying capacity: Table I see (the material capacity r = 1.0 t / m, conveyor angle β ≤ 6 °, the accumulation of material angle = 30 °)
5,the largest dip in Table II (when the next delivery table allows for the max. angle In the value of 80%)
