Ⅰ. Breif Introduction
Down pipe forming machine mainly consists of decoiler, roll forming system, cutting equipment, protective guard, hydraulic system, control system, and run out table.
Curving pipe forming machine is the complementary equipment for down pipe forming machine. It can make curve for down pipe to meet he requirements of practical engineering prefects.
Ⅱ. Components and Functions
2.1 Standard Decoilers
For use with 1260±5 mm wide steel coil sheet up to 5 tons in weight. The Max. outer diameter is 1260mm,the inner diameter is 500mm or 600mm, if not in this rang ,the decoiler has to be redesigned.onsists of one uncoiler with capacity of 5000kgs and its base. The steel sheet is manually fed to the guiding equipment under the function of friction and traction
2.2 Roll Forming system
including guiding rollers, mainframe transmission, chassis and toolings. The shape is
made in this part. The rollers are mad of high grade ASTM 1045 forged steel, with
digital-controlled procession, Panted with hard chrome. The active shaft material is high grade
ASTM 1045 carbon wrought steel can improve the integrated mechanic feature of the shaft
2.3 Post-cutting Equipment
The length and blocks can be set by the buyer through the control panel, when reach the set length, the machine will cut the panel automatically. The cutting is finished under the power of hydraulic station which guarantees the precision of cutting.
2.4 Hydraulic system
this part give the power to cutting equipment, make the cutting smooth. It is off without
cutting, which can save the power.
2.5 PLC Control System
Main components imported from Mitsubishi. All language in English.
2.6 Safety Guard
To protect workers from injured.
2.7 Run Out Table
The finished panel will come out to the table. support the finished panels. The quantity we supply is 2 pieces with length 2000mm, it can support panels with 6000mm at normal condition.
