This product is made by the latest technology, Rotational Molding or Rotomoulding .
High temperature, low volume, low pressure thermoplastic forming process. It mainly suit for producing hollow, one piece parts such as large oil or chemical tanks, kayaks, point of purchase displays, frames, cases, furniture, carts, dispensers, park equipment, many plastic toys and so on. The material can be UV resistant which can ensure the outdoor use of your products.
Process of Rotational molding-Put the raw plastic material into the mold, and make the mold rotate along the two vertical axis and warmed up,then it will gradually evenly coat and melt on the entire surface of the cavity of the mold, and form the required shape. After being cooled off, it becomes the product.
1. We can design and make any kinds of rotational moulds and products according to your requirements. We have R& D department. They can deal with tech-drawings composed by pro-engineer, CAD, solid works, unigraphics (majorly) , and so on.
2. We can supply you full-scale circumspect service, from mould design, mould making, products production, assembly, package, to finished products delivery. Till now, we have exported our moulds and products to 56 countries.
3. Shortest lead time, generally, our mould lead time is around 30 days. From mould design to the qualified sample finishing.
4. We also can inject your products with foam if you need. For we have foaming injection machines to finish this jobs.
