Summarize
Impact crusher is suitable for medium and coarse crushing solid material with compressive strength less than 350Mpa such as granite, basalt, iron ore, Manganese ore, limestone, gold ore, concrete. It features good particle shape, compact structure, high reliability , long lasting life of plate hammer, easily maintenance, therefore is wide used in railway, cement, mining , chemicals, construction industry.
Working principle
Impact crusher is a crushing machine by utilizing impact energy to break material. On working, rotor is driven by electric motor at high rotating speed. Materials going into plate hammer area and are thrown to impact device for secondary crashing after first crashing with the plate hammer on the rotor and then rebounded from impact plate to plate hammer area. The above process during which materials are crushed to broken in first impact area and then get secondary crushing in the second impact area is repeated over and over again until the materials are crushed to the requested size. And then discharges from the outlet.
