Summarize
Double(two) roller crusher is fit for the solid material to proceed medium and fine crushing(the compression strength is less than 300Mpa,the water content is less than 35%).It could be widely used for mine industry,thermoelectricity industry.cement industry,ceramics industry,metallurgy industry,chemical industry,building material industry and so on.Features: low use and maintenance costs,high reliability,small power consumption,low noise and so on.
Double(two) roller crusher has two wear resistant rollers.According to the discharge requirement of customer,the roller surface was divided into flat and overlay welding.Heavier motor power can be chose when the material's compression strength more than 200Mpa.
The flat roller crusher is suitable for fine crushing which the feeding size less than 80mm,the requirement for the discharge between 0.5mm-10mm. Such as sand making with pebbles and construction waste;mine industry crushing iron ore,quartz stone;ceramics industry crushing raw materials;metallurgical industry crushing coke,lime;coke plant crushing coal to power;chemical industry crushing all kinds of raw materials;or in the similar occasions as above.
The overlay welding roller crusher is suitable for the medium and fine crushing (the feed size is less than 150mm,discharge size is between 3mm-30mm).Such as Cement industry pre-crushing cement clinker,limestone and composite materials;CWS industry pre-crushing coal;iron ore industry pre-crushing slag,iron ore,silica minerals;brick factory pre-crushing kinds of ore to produce unburned brick;thermal power plants crushing coal;or in the similar occasions same as above.
Principle of work
Double roller crusher has two high-strength wear-resistant alloy rollers.This two rollers turn relative together to produce high pressure to crush the the material.The material enter the space between the two rollers,then was suffered both extrusion and shear force.Under the crusher rolling,cutting and grinding,the material was broke into the required size and sent out through the transport equipment.
