Details of shipbuilding big model wuxi shenchong hydraulic rolling machine
1. The upper roller of the machine make vertical lifting movement at symmetry place of two bottom rollers center, through hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder acting on piston pole, it is hydraulic transmission.
2. Two bottom rollers make rotation movement, motor join bottom roller through gear reducer and universal chain coupler, provide torque for rolling plate machine plate.
3. There are many sets of support rollers in the space from upper roller to two bottom rollers, which can improve rigidity of bottom roller, enables vertical adjustment.
4. On the top of the upper roller, there is a rigid beam.
5.There are many sets of support rollers in the space from beam to the upper roller, which can improve rigidity of upper roller.
6. The rolling plate machine suit for making wide arc type work piece.
