Feature of plate rolling machine
1. The machine consist of bottom base, up and bottom roller stand, main drive system, electrical system and so on. Bottom base and machine stand is welding structure, strictly control the welding quality and has steps of eliminating the inner force, to promise the machine have enough strength and rigidity under working condition, eventually guarantee the accuracy of the work piece.
Movement of bottom roller driven and upper roller vertical moving are controlled by electric. All operation adopts centralize electric control, easy for operation.
2. Working components
Upper roller sits in two oilless self-lubricating bearings, locate at inside of the stand, make vertical movement driven by worm wheel on both sides.
a. High accuracy pre-bending function
On certain extence, upper roller can pre-bending the job directly with high accuracy.
b. Excellent rolling work piece
Vertical movement of upper roller and horizental movement of bottom roller work together to make continuous bending, make ideal job, either thin or thick plate. :

Its upper roller do vertical lift at the center symmetry position of bottom rollers through screw transmission, two bottom rollers rotating provide torque for rolling plate, through joggle of output gear of gear reducer and bottom rollers. The machine needs other assistant equipment for pre-bend plate end.
