Application -- Baby Diaper Packing Machine
1- The unit is the latest development of the new packaging machine, mainly to complete the
transfer over packed bags, change the horizontal to vertical placement, and then shaping,
M side down, and finally sewing the process of delivery.
2- Realized the bag from the horizontal to vertical and then automatically sewing process
3- Replaced the manual handling, manual sewing process, saving manpower, material and
financial resources invested to achieve fully automated packaging.
4- The device can be widely used in baby products, plastic products and other industries,
the level of bagging the completion of the preferred vertical sewing machines
5- Equipment basically consists of the horizontal conveyor, rotating section, reshaping section,
gusseting section, sewing section, sewing section,end product conveyor and storing section etc
6- Production process: end woven bag products ---horizontal conveyor--conveyor rotating mechanism
(the bags down vertically from the horizontal) --- M edge shaping machine and transported back ---
