Answer: Based on equipment specification;(Pre-case have indicated:nitrogen/oxygen equipment roughly have the same floor space compared with gas cylinder under same gas requirement)
3.Nitrogen/Oxygen equipment can be installed in the outdoor?
Answer: It can be installed in outdoor on condition that it have been added antifreeze,radiator,
moisture-proof devices;But most of nitrogen/oxygen equipment is installed in the indoor for saving cost;
4.Nitrogen/Oxygen equipment is safety?
Answer: Definitely!Nitrogen/Oxygen generator is a kind of air separation device under normal temperature,it can supply stable and continuous nitrogen/oxygen gas; it doesn’t need any high-pressure cylinders and liquid cylinders which have potentially dangerous;so we don’t need
to worry about no-timely supply due to special circumstance;
5.The producing nitrogen/oxygen is gaseous state or liquid state?
Answer: Our nitrogen/oxygen equipment use PSA air separation technology under normal temperature,with no-low temperature operation,the temperature of nitrogen/oxygen product is close to ambient temperature;
6.How long is the nitrogen/oxygen equipment service life?
Answer: Generally speaking,industrial equipment service life is depend on daily maintenance;
under normal maintenance,our equipment can well running for more than 10 years;
7.What is the communication mode of nitrogen/oxygen equipment?
Answer: PLC reserved by RS485 interface,support modbus communication protocol,etc;
8.Oxygen is a flammable and explosive gas or not?
Answer: No,but the oxygen is a combustion-supporting gas;
9.Which types of molecular sieves (zeolites) are used?
Answer:For the generation of oxygen by means of the pressure swing adsorption process (PSA, VPSA) mainly the following molecular sieves (zeolites)are used:
Calcium-zeolite A
Calcium-zeolite X
Lithium-zeolite X
10.What kind of oxygen equipment I need?
Answer:PSA model and VPSA model all adopt PSA technology,PSA model is suitable for small oxygen equipment,high energy consumption;VPSA model is suitable for medium-size and large size oxygen equipment,low energy consumption;
11.How is the maintenance time of oxygen equipment?
Answer: For Air purification module:the primary filters need to replace after 4000h normal operation;precision,extra-precision filters need to replace after 8000h,12000h normal operation;
valve seal seal for 16000h;other filters depend on actual operation;
12.Why the highest purity of conventional PSA,VPSA oxygen equipment is 95%?
Answer:Because the entire adsorption process can not separate out all of argon,when oxygen purity reach 95%,the other remaining gas is argon;If need more than 95% purity,you needed to add argon purification device;
