Specifications
This silicone rubber heaters use the foil of nickel alloy that is patterned by etching processing.
Features:

processing. It is ideal for its accuracy and regularity of pattern, when, for
example, mass production is required
2) Can be made into high watt density (3-5W/cm²) and is best suited with
rapid heating
3) Can accurately change the temperature distribution of heating surface
4) Temperature accuracy is constant, such as by pitch winding (±3°C
280 x 600)
5) Power density can be customized 1-5W/cm²
6) The way of thermal control can be changed as per clients' requirements
Application
1.A silicone rubber heaters can be used in wet, mixed with thermal insulation (of occasions with no explosive gas, industrial equipment, piping, tanks, barrels and other barrel heaters), when used directly wrapped around the surface of the object to be heated.
2Can be used as freezing protection and air conditioning compressors, motors and other equipment of auxiliary heating.
3Can be used as medical devices (such as blood analyzers, test tube heaters, health care girly, body slimming belt compensation heat, etc.).
