Specifications
The RDC-J silicone rubber heating cable features good water-proof quality, which can be applied in industrial equipment under huFeatures:
1) Mainly made of nichrome wires and insulation materials, with quick heating,
high thermal efficiency, long service life
2) The non-alkali glass fiber core frame is wrapped with electric heating wires.
The major insulation is silicon rubber, which features good heat resistance
and reliable insulation
3) Of excellent flexibility so that it can be wrapped around the heated object
with good contact and uniform heating effect

2) RDC-J5-220/200: single-ended (2.5m length, width 26mm)
3) RDC-J5-220/300: single-ended (4m length, width 26mm)
4) RDC-J5-220/750: single-ended (10m length, width 26mm)
5) RDC-J5-220/30: single-ended (1m length, width 10mm)
6) The highest heat-resisting temperature: 250°C

Operation instructions:
RDC-J5 silicone rubber heating cable is a kind of extra-soft fixed-length heating cable and its design power is of high density. So in addition to the use scope of general constant-power cable such as heat tracing or keeping, it can also be used for heating-up.
Please pay attention to the following cases:
1) When applying, the flat side of the silicon rubber should be in close contact
with the dielectric surfaces of pipes or tanks, and be fixed by aluminum
adhesive tapes
2) To reduce heat loss, please apply an insulating layer outside the heating tape
3) Overlap wrapping is strictly forbidden or it will cause overheat damage
The product can also be custom-made with required specifications. The high-voltage tape has dielectric strength of 20,000V/min.
