XH621 V2 2 CPU Full Wide Sandy-Bridge Romley EP Server Node

The XH621 V2 server node is a new-generation, full-width, 2-socket server node for the X6000. The XH621 V2 uses Intel® Xeon® E5-2600 or E5-2600 v2 series processors and supports eight 2.5-inch SAS/SATA HDDs or SSDs and 24 DDR3 DIMMs. It is ideal for High-Performance Computing (HPC) scenarios, such as cloud computing deployment and virtualization.

  • The XH621 V2 supports 24 DDR3 DIMMs with a memory capacity of up to 768 GB, which allows more Virtual Machines (VMs) to run on a server.

Reliable internal storage

  • The XH621 V2 supports up to eight 2.5-inch SAS/SATA HDDs or SSDs and various RAID configurations.
  • The XH621 V2 uses a battery or supercapacitor for power-off protection.
  • The XH621 V2 uses TPM encryption to prevent unauthorized access.
