Product Information
CPT PRP tube mononuclear cell separation tube is a
concentration of platelets in plasma. It contains many growth factors, such as PDGF,
TGF-B, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), epidermal growth factor (EGF),
insulin-like growth factor (IGF), etc. It is successfully used in a variety of clinical
applications for improving hard and soft tissue healing. Pls find more info as following:
1. Tube surface treatment:
Ganda PRP tubes: sterile and Pyrogenic free,that can be ensure the safety during
injected into human.
The other companis' tubes: just sterile,the pyrogenic free is not substandard,it's
harmful to human.
2. Professional Gel:
Ganda PRP tubes: developed by our technicist,the gel is different from normal gel,
special proportion, density and will not dissolved in blood.
The other companis' tubes: used for normal gel, part gel will be dissolved in blood
and PRP after centrifuged,it do harmful for human if
inject PRP (mixing with gel) to skin.
3. CE mark:
Ganda PRP tubes: CE 0123 approved by TUV,the CE No and directive will be showing
on the label, meaning our PRP tubes is sale into markets without
any limit.
The other companis tubes: can not be shown the CE and directive on label if without CE
certification.
PRP Preparation Procedure
1. Withdraw Blood and Prepare PRP
A. Fill PRP tubes with patient's blood.
B. Soon after the sampling,turn the tube 180o upside down,shaking and mixing 6-8
times.
2. Centrifugation
A. The blood is then placed in a centrifuge for 5 minutes at 1500g.Place tubes opposite
each other to balance.
B. Blood will fractionate. PRP(Platelet-Rich Plasma) will be on top and red blood cells
and white blood cells at bottom,the platelet poor plasma is discarded.Concentrated
plateletsare collected into a Sterile Syringe.
3. Aspirate PRP
A. Right after Centrifugation,to aspirate the PRP. Be sure not to draw up the Red Blood
Cells.
B. Collecting all platelet rich plasma and ready to inject to patients.
