3,Steel Laser Roller:Used in product that the surface is leveling and softness which can form smoother coating.The roller is not easy to be damage and repairable.According to different paint you can choose different particle size.
4,Rubble Laser Roller:It is suitable most of coating flat products which can achieve smoother effect,have better coating effect for deformation and no-formed products.
5,The rubber roller using imported materials with 240mm diameter. Smooth roller diameter is 150mm,roller mirror with chrome plated.
6,Configuration import material strength toughness scraper,adjusted by reducer with high accuracy.
7,Convey belt is 3mm skidproof belt,which resistant to all solvent,prevent layer phenomenon caused by chemical corrosion,convey system have belt centreing device.
8,The operation of smooth roll and rubber roll controlled by independent frequency inverter and speed reducer,the spacing of smooth roll and rubber through the worm machine to adjust eccentric shaft ,drive dovetail institution to complete.Bearing seal structure and prevent the paint.
