Story : There were an customer first time enter into hangers range. He noted us that his customer is very important and the hotel is very big. I noted him about the quality of hanger difference. and samples. I thought he should know that his customer should need A Grade qualtiy hanger, and I just slightly suggest that his customer might need A grade.
My samples of B grade can not show the mass production B grade effect. But B grade is really good attractive price. He ordered B grade finally. I just wondering why not A grade. Final customer was very angry for the mass production of B grade. Noted that might hurt the silk clothes of their customers. My customer is so scared for that customer is very important to him. What should he do , He call me the situation.
I was so regret that why not insist in suggesting him that what I know about his market and the hotel product level ? I use one week finished new A grade 50000ps hanger and the air delivery . Finally we solved the issue successfully. but we both loss money for this issue. Some friends said it is not your problem, why pay for that ? But if business just that way can busniess stay longer ? I think it should do the market with the customer together.
after that issue, we increase the service level.

- Can I have my own logo on the hanger?
Yes, of course. We can make your logo on the top part of hanger, Logo making include silk printing, hot stamped, laser logo. Metal plaque. You can choose any one logo way to make.
2.How long delivery time when order placed?
Generally we made it with 45 days, but if your order is urgent, you should inform us then we will arrange it with the earlier date for you as top of production with possibility.
3. I am new business on AMERZON. If I can not order big quantity, is there any other way to add this product into my business line ?
Sure, there is, but you can only choose our normal style storage to order. We have storage in LOS ANGELS right now. We do the postal for you , when order larger you can use your own brand to start the business.
4.Are you factory or trading company ?
The company is not a factory , but the boss of the the company share a wooden hanger factory, and we sign contract cooperation with a plastic hanger factory, So though you are looking for a factory , you can contact with us.
5. Can your factory pass 3rd part inspection ?
Yes. We can , But not free before the order or we hardly expect your big order. :) Because it will cost my company about USD600 though the customer paid already. Now low benefit world, we can not balance all such requirement. Thanks for your kind.
6. How can I got an official right quotation sheet.
First ,You should noted the sales the hanger style you like, Item No. or Picture of the hanger.
Second,Pls. note the sales the quantity you might need. LOGO or Package if there are special requirement.
Third, If you don’t know the information above , Just note the sales what you want to do and what you have. They will guide you how to do the next and introduce the right range of the hangers for your business.

7.Can you produce the design of the customer?
No problem. We are good on following design. We mainly supply branded hangers in the past 10 years. We are familiar with the requirement of designers. We can make it good!
We handle all orders by regular process as follow:
1. Pls. note us the quantity you might interested in, the requirment of LOGO, quantity , package, size if you can.
2. Confirm order, we sign contract and the customer wire deposit as noted to the right beneficary. Production start after the deposit received.
3. Within the production time , the goods finished and arrange the shippment.
4. Arrange shippment noted the customer the details of doc what will be needed for the market by mail. The customer release the left value. The ship left China.
5. After sales service.
Payment we follow the regular rule of international business for many years
Now there are some new situation occurred ,so the company has policy:
- The company wont change the bank details after order confirmation. The bank way is official company owned ,the receiver will always be the company or the PRESIDENT of the company.
- We have different way to receive USD. EURO. RMB. Such as PAYPAL, Company official bank way. Pls. check the details on web
- We have payment terms: T/T (50/50, 100, 30/70 % depend on order ) L/C at sight.
