MDL-150 Hydraulic Power Drilling features:
This 150 crawler drilling rig is of full hydraulic gyrator type. Its drilling depth is 130-200m, and drilling diameter 150-250mm. The crawler drill rig is mainly applied to urban subway, high-rise buildings, airport, ground source heat pump and other deep foundation pit for anchoring, jet grouting and dewatering. In addition, this 150 anchor crawler drilling rig is stable, efficient, versatile, and able to drill complex strata and deal with accidents.
- The speed of this drill rig can achieve 170 circles every minute. It is increased by 20% compared with that kind of 135D.
- The crawler drill rig is energy-saving and high-efficient. The efficiency is improved without increasing power.
- With the rotary speed improving, the torque of 150 anchor crawler drilling rig is increased by 10% compared with 135D. And the highest rotary speed can achieve 7500NM.
- Adopting new hydraulic system, the structure is simpler, the layout is more reasonable, and the operation is more human.
