Product Description
Designed for Polishing/lapping double surface of metal parts such as valve plate, rigid seal ring and thin, hard, and brittle non-metal components.
Technical characters:
1. 4 sets of planet gears.
2.sun gear adjustable with 2 speeds through shifting yoke driven by the cylinder.
3.Frequency converter speed control, and the machine starts and stops smoothly.
4.Timing control, when the working time reaches the preset polishing time, the machine stops. Additionally, the machine can record the work efficiency of each shift with its tally function.
5.Variable pressure mechanism.
6.Self-lock cylinder.
7.PLC controlling, which it is flexible and reliable.
8.Text Display, it is convenient to show alert information and working state. The interface is friendly with massive information.
9.24VDC of control components for more safety operation.
