Mainly used on antifogging of bathing room mirror or automotivs, waterproof of cars, etc.Introduction
HZ-AF8899 antifog film is produced by 2ply processing technology. It is consisted with antifog and antiabrasion layer, 1st PET layer, laminating layer, 2nd layer, mounting layer and protection layer in sequence. PET film acquires excellent anti-fog functionality by a hydrophilic antifog layer made by coating which is used to change hydrophilic and hydrophobic state of PET base layer. Our antifog film possesses outstanding optical properties including excellent VLT value and high UV cutoff. Highly tough PET film is adopted as base layer material of the film which endows antifog film excellent physical properties, such high mechanical strength, good antiabrasion property, excellent anti temperature fluctuation property and so on. The antifog film has got self-adhesive layer, so it is easily mounted onto the glass and can adhere to the glass firmly and solidly.

Application
1. Glass antifog treatment of construction, bathing room mirror, window, etc.
2. Anti fogging of automotive glass, such as front window, side window, sky window, rear view mirror, car lamp, etc.
3. Electric product panel antiscratch treatment such as MP3, automobile, computer, ipad, etc.
4. Panel antifog of instruments in hospital or used in industry filed
Installation
1. Treat glass or mirror surface with alcohol until complete cleaness.
2. Make treated things wet with distilled water.
3. Tear off the protection layer of antifog film, and mount it onto glass or mirror.
4. Get rid of excessive water and bubble with squeegee slowly and carefully.
5. Keep treated films standing without any touch until complete dryness.
