5.Barrel holder can be adjusted,centre height is 900mm.

7.Gear Reducer:Hardened gear reduction box,with forcible lubrication and forcible cooling facility,high torque and free of noise.
8.Screw barrel is 38CrMoAIA nitrided steel material with overall nitride,nitriding depth:0.-0.5mm.The screw core can be circulated with water.
Mold :
1.Application: this mold is specially designed for butyl rubber sheet.
2.Model:500x5
3.Max.Width:500mm,Max.Thickness:5mm, can be adjustable according to real need.
4.Structure: Rubber is feeded from rear side of the mold into mold, up side and down side are installed with temperature controller, the upper part adjustment screw to adjust the flow rate. Die plate fine adjustment, using worm adjustment, quickly adjust the thickness. Both sides using screw to adjust the width, the entire adjustment of the mold is easy and convenient.
5.Mold temperature controller: Power,6 KW, 2 sets;temperature control range: normal water temperature to 120 centigrade.
Butyl Sheet laminating with aluminum foil&paper,conveyor&tractor device:
1.Conveying belt width:550mm
- Conveying belt speed:0.1-12m/min ,can be adjusted.
- Upper and Lower taping scrolls,diameter:400mm
- The conveyor device and tractor device are made as a whole body
