Chapter 2:Introduction of the SG series hammer mill :
The SG series hammer mill can crushes corn,soybean,wheat,chaff paper, wood chips, rice husk, agricultural stalk/straw pieces, and shell etc into 2-10mm power . Meanwhile, grind the PVC and rubber with water cooling system, so it is called the multifunctional grinder machine.
The output crushed materials are 2-12 mm according your demand (you can get your wanted final product size through changing the sieve in the hammer mill).
The wood hammer mill is widely used in the professions such as biomass fuel factory, power station, fodder factory, cultivation factory, organic fertilizer factory, Chinese medicine, chemical industry etc.

For the hammer mills, they have the requirement for materials' moisture. Low moisture, the capacity will be higher; wet materials, the capacity will be lower. Generally, the water content of materials less than 15% is best working efficiency.
