Aluminum rod Heat furnace is mainly use for heat rod before process.
Aluminum rod heat furnace consist of steel shell, lining, sealed door, two stainless steel shelfs, stainless steel floor, electric heating elements, protected partition, fan and electric control system.
The steel shell is welded by steel and the lining is pilded with refractory bricks. There is filed with full fiber refractory materials to keep sealing. Each stainless steel shelf has three lattices heating room, there are six heating room.The sealed door is made by steel outer and Refractory Materials inter. There are six small door in the sealed door and corresponded the small heating room.The stainless steel floor use to protect the electric heating elements. The electric heating elements are made by high resistance wire, and laied arround the bottom and two sides walls. The powerfull fan is fixed on the top.
Feature:
When the aluminum rod become to heating, the hole furance is use to heating. After the heating treatment, you could take out the rods on the first small heat room for process and put in the new rods, the other rooms also left to keep heat. This program could alternately and efficiency.
