However, in modern industry including plastic processing industry, water cool heater/oil cool heater which is considered as standard equipment tend to be prematurely inactive due to the accumulation of sediments in cooling tube and is indispensable to power off to be repaired. Air cool heater offers a perfect solution to these kinds of problems. It contains a heating area threaded by several bands heater, solely fixed.
Air cool heating device is usually made by several heating rings, sheathed by a solely fixed cooling cover. The most advanced squeezer machine in the world can work in a maximum temperature of 500C. Air cool heating device can accurately control the temperature and it’s more reliable, unnecessary to power off for repair.
Air cool heating device have various configurations to choose from, according to your specific situation:
250 C~ 280 C: Mica band heater
280 C~380 C: Aluminum casting heater
380 C~500 C: Copper cooling fin heater
500 C~700 C: Ceramic band heater
