There is also a Machine Body Manufacturing Dept in our company. From the raw material of steel and irons, to the finished
strong machine body, all steps are guided with scientific designs, to guarantee the machine running without any vibration
undermaximum speed of 1200 RPM.
Before used on machine, each part has to go through strict detaction for quality, to guarantee that machine will run properly
and not break down due to the parts quality. We have specail Parts Detection Dept for this.
Main detail specifications of the photo showing machine: with auto cutter, main motor: 1.5Kw Panasonic servo motor, Dahao original computer C18/10 inch, X1Y1 Dahao servo motor, with head linear rail.
Other optional models:
1. The main motor of above machine can be ordered as Dahao servo motor, the computer can be ordered as Dahao 328/5 inch or Dahao 366/8 inch, the X/Y servo motor can be ordered as normal stepping motor; also can order the machine without head linear;
2. Same machine can be added with single sequins device(either side or front loading); also can be added with double sequins device(one side loading, another front loading);
3. Customer can order machine as without cutter, main motor Panasonic or Dahao servo motor, Dahao original computer [322/5 inch, 366//8 inch, C18/10 inch), X1 130 Y2 110 stepping motor;
Basic specifications of all above models: Japan rotary hook and bobbin case, Italy belt 50mm, UTC, with standard accessories, other details according to customer's requirement or follow factory standard, vacuum packing without wooden case.
