Smart balance wheel self balancing electronic scooter
The scooter is popular like a strom across the world.

My scooter battery pack has these following smart designs to ensure the scooter is safe.
A. The battery core I used is from SUMSUNG, not the cheap Chinese core.
B. Nickel sheet to connect batteries, it is strong, even broken, the sheet will not connect with other sheet, will not short circuit. But if use wire, it is most probably link with the opposite electrode after broken. Nickel costs more than wire.
C. Li-ion battery must have a protection board prevent battery from over charging and over releasing. The big components on my board are standing by only, but if temperature is hot, they will work efficiently to protect battery from fire or explore.
D. Battery electrodes are covered with isolation sheet, prevent metal touching.
E. Batteries are strongly fixed together, can stand the long distance transportation and long term use.
I have more ways to improve quality, especially on the scooter brain ---- the main board.
A. It has a thickness 3mm aluminum sheet for heat dissipation, not a naked control board only.
B. Circuit designs on main board are good ways for heat releasing. The main board runs in 36-40V, some components on it withstand voltage 63V.
C. Hot components fix to aluminum sheet directly with plastic dead lock, not metal screw.
Moreover, our scooter motors are also in top quality.
A. Its wire is pure copper, not aluminum or even iron cover copper. Under the same power current, pure copper provides more forces but produces less heat. Too much heat will burn motor.
B. Our motor housing is aluminum, not iron.
Adaptor on my scooter is CE approval and with fused protection. It costs me 10 dollars more, but it is safe for both of us. We can't afford the claim if the scooter dosen't work or catch fire!
All the above resolutions will cost more, but I’m generous, to assure it is safe when your kid play with my scooter.
Each scooter packed in a poly bag, then packed in foam, and then in color box, and finial in an individual master carton.
