Main Features:
1) Stainless steel frame.
2) Two parallel feather shedding cabinets, each has 3 rows. Each row have 8 or 12 spiral nylon shedding plates with 12 rubber whips each. 8 or 12 sets of belt drive machines.8 or 12 high speed belts, feather baffled board, stainless steel spray pipe.
3) Up to 96% dehairing effect;

Using Method
1. Scald the poultry after slaughtered by hot water of 65-80 degree.
2. Tturn on the machine, put the scalded poultry into the machine
3. After 10 seconds working, turn on the tap, and wash away the removed feather, then take out the poultry.
4. The whole process of process chicken is about 0.5-1 minute.
5. Clean the black dies by water and dry it after using in order to prolong the machine's life-span.
6. Keep it out of reach of children
7. Don't put your hand in the disc to avoid injured when the machine is working
8. Probably it is a sick bird when its feather can't be removed under the normal operation, so we suggest that you should not eat it.
