Full Ceramic Skate bearings that works in all skate applications like skateboard, inline skate, rollerblades,
roller hockey, and even the 8mm quad rollers.
These bearings can be used inline skate, rollerblade and roller hockey.
These bearings are to be used for races and competitions,
you will need 8 bearings for skateboards and 16 for all other skate applications.

FULL CERAMIC BEARINGS
Full Ceramic Bearings are made entirely of ceramic material and are superior to common steel bearings in many ways.
Ceramic is the perfect material for any application seeking to achieve higher RPM’s,
reduce overall weight or for extremely harsh environments where high temperatures
and corrosive substances are present.
Applications such as cryopumps, medical devices, semiconductors, machine tools, turbine flow meters,
food processing equipment, robotics and optics.
Ceramic materials commonly used for bearings are Silicon Nitride (Si3N4), Zirconia Oxide (ZrO2), or Silicon Carbide (SiC.)
Ceramic Balls:
We are special in making Silicone Nitride Balls (Si3N4 Balls,Zicronia Balls (ZrO2 Balls),Sic Ceramic Balls ,
Aluminum Oxside Valve (AI203) ceramic balls.
Compared with steel, ceramic materials are noted for their better or particular characters, such as
wear-resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, electrical insulation (except SiC),
non-magnetic, high strength, high rigidity, and low specific gravity.
These properties qualify them for replacing steel to make bearings serve in conditions of higher speed,
harsh environment and less lube, and decrease wear, noise, vibration and maintenance time of bearings,
and eventually increase performance, reliability and life of bearings.
Ceramic ball bearings we can provide as follows:
1. Zirconia bearings (ZrO2) full ceramic bearing series
Application: chemical industry, food mechanism, marine equipment sea water area and so on.
feature: with PTEE cages which have higher corrosion resistance, appliance temperature from 150 centigrade to 450 centigrade.
2. Silicon nitride bearings (Si3N4) full ceramic bearings series
Feature : this kind of ceramic bearings have wider range of application in material usage, it's hardness could reach to HRC80 and the extreme high temperature could reach to approximately 800 centigrade, therefore smooth surface and hardness and non-lubrication are attributions of this material.
Application: ultra-high vacuum, rc,high speed spindle machines, grinders, dental drill, instrument,skates ...
3. Silicon carbide (Sic) full ceramic bearing
Application : under extreme circumstance and special conditions, such as under extreme high temperature( recommend you use Full Ball Complement series), the extreme temperature can reach as high as 1300 centigrade; and strong corrosion chemical medicament(recommend you use PTFE cage) which have longer working longevity because of it's hardness can reach HRC90.
4. Chrome steel or stainless steel hybrid ceramic bearing
Application :
1; because of features and attributions of ceramic, there would be lots of limitation in processing which would lead this bearings prices to high position.Therefore hybrid ceramic bearings be developed which with ceramic balls and steel outer rings and inner rings, most application in high speed and high precision.
2; ceramic ball, stainless steel(SUS440) outer ring and inner ring which both have attributions of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and self-lubricate.Those above hybrid bearings can be apply in skate, rc model, electricity toy and so on.
