Ambient air mainly contains nitrogen and oxygen. Oxygen is combustion-supporting gas, can could be used in welding and cutting, at the same time, oxygen is essential for human life, and can be widely used in hospital.
Some hospitals use bottled oxygen, high cost and risk. But PSA oxygen generator can solve the problem easily, it can separate the oxygen from the ambient air directly.
As the nitrogen generator, according to different characters of oxygen and nitrogen ( ZMS have different adsorption in different adsorptivity in different pressure). For example, when the pressure is 5 bar, ZMS have excellent adsorptive performance for nitrogen, and bad adsorptive performance for nitrogen, which could pass through the CMS and used in follow-up procedures.

Air compressor
Its function is to compress ambient air to a certain pressure for subsequent steps use.
To guarantee its quality of air source, we bought the air compressor from world well-known companies, for example, Atlas.
Filters
Filter will remove the oil, dust and some water in the compressor to ensure the performance of the molecular sieve in the oxygen generator.
Dryer
The most moisture in the compressed air will be removed by the dryer.
The compressed air is very hot before going into the dryer, and will be cooled down after going into the dryer, meanwhile water will become liquid and then drain to outside.
Oxygen generator
The oxygen generator has two adsorption tanks, one conduct adsorption, at the same time the other one conduct regeneration, this will ensure continuous oxygen supply.

Oxygen capacity: 1-300Nm3/h
Oxygen pressure: 1-4 bar
