Garment Description
Main material
Main fabric: 80%Cotton 20%Polyester -- Chenically treated drill.
Fastening
7*24L antique brass stud on CF placket - not be seen on outside of garment and must not have any contact with the skin(must be nickel free).
1*24L antique brass stud on each pocket
Stitches
100%Polyester FR thread must be with stitch count between 10-11 stitches per 3cm on garment and between 12-13 stitches per 3cm on hem.
Any top stitching must be neathly done with no broken stitches.
Bar tacking will be used where appropriate.
Lablelling
One workwear label to be centrally located on the CB neck.
One Size lable inserted to the right of the lable.
One workwear care lable to be stitched inside garment.
One swing ticket to be kimbelled into hanging loop.
Note: we can do Padded Jacket in this style too.
Items to be flat pocket with one garment per Supertouch polybag with printed user card which is to be laminated on both sides.
One piece one plastic bag, 10pcs/20pcs put into one carton
In 20" container -- 8000 sets +/-5%
In 40" container -- 11000 sets +/-5%
Can supply specific specifications of the carton and shipping mark

Yes! We have established an team who in charge of sample.
2)How long time you need to make the sample?
If we have mainbody fabric in stock: 7 working days after we received your payment.
3)Can we believe you with FR fabric?
Why not? We have our own weaving,knitting,dying,sewing mills. Obviously, we can provide
you good quality fabric, good price and good service.
4)How about the payment terms?
Usually, we accept two kinds of payment.
One is 30% T/T in advance as a deposit,70% remaining before the shipmemt.
An other payment is L/C at sight. if you have other recommend, we can discuss.
Sample payment should be 100% in advance.
5)What's the time of delivery?
About 40-45 producing days for fresh order. Urgent order,it could be negotiable.
