Here we have to mention our quality, we have the export experience of 12 years. And we have many regular customers, most importantly, it's because our reliable quality.
Our WPC is composed of 35% HDPE, 55% poplar and 10% additive. As you know, the good quality of WPC dustbin is mainly shown on the choice of HDPE and additive. Our plastic is first-class recycled material. The HDPE component of most factories is 30%, cause the cost of HDPE is 7 times than the cost of poplar, but our HDPE is 5% higher, in which way, it will assure the good quality. And our additive is imported.
The poplar we used is polish powder, whose wood powder composition is more and also you can see the fiber on the surface of decking board, it is better than sanding powder.
The density of our decking is 1.3%-1.4%, but most other factories only reach to 1.2%. the strength of the hollow one is about 320kgs. And the strength of the solid one is 400kgs-500kgs. when the goods is ready, we have the professional instrument to test, which can be better control the quality. And the guarantee of our dusbin is 20 years, the temperature it can be bear is -40℃ to 60℃ .
Our export volume is 60×20' container per month, the delivery time is 2 weeks days based on 1×20' container. We will try the earliest shipment for you!
