1. Guangxin Oil Expeller General Description
Adopting spiral squeezing structure and physical squeezing craft, the oil presser made by Guangxin is widely used in oil refinery and rural enterprises for squeezing oil from rapeseed, cottonseed, peanut, soybean, flax seed, tung oil seed, sunflower seed and palm kernel, etc. It has advantages of small investment, easy operating, high efficiency and strong compatibility, etc. Users could obtain good economic benefit from it. Main features are as below:
- Healthy! Physical squeezing craft maximally keeps the nutrients such as the protein, fatty acids and minerals, etc.
- High working efficiency! The spiral squeezing structure can achieve high oil output, the oil content of the residue cake is low. Oil plants only need to be squeezed by one time when using hot pressing.
- Long durability! Long durability: all the parts are made of the most suitable material and treated with refined crafts, such as cemented quenching and tempering to increase the hardness, consequently the durability.
- Cost-effective! The wearing parts on the machine such as the squeeze loop, squeeze spiral and squeeze bar are designed to be dismountable. When they are out of service period, users only need to replace them and no need to displace the whole machine.
2. YZYX120SL big soybean oil expeller with patent characteristics
- The YZYX12SL is one of our advanced screw oil presses with water cooling system and lengthened squeeze cage. Our company possess patent of it. The water cooling system makes sure the squeeze cage having constant proper temperature during working, so to avoid the nutrients, such as the vitamins, fatty acidsand manieral ets in the oil getting lost because of the rising temperature.
- The function of auto-warming up the press cage has replaced the traditional way by squeezing residue cake, It could shorten the preparation work and reduce the energy consumption. When the squeezing is suspended, the temperature can be maintained by this system.
- Longer press cage will generate stronger pressure, squeezing efficiency is high. The oil content in cake is only about 5.5%, much better than the national standard.
- Day capacity 7 ton/ 24hours.

- Various oil plants, such as rapeseeds, cotton seeds, soybean, shelled peanut, flax seeds, sunflower seeds and palm kernel, etc.
