1.Product detail:
Strand pelletizing is a widely applied pelletizing process,suitable for almost all materials.This process features simple equipment structure and convenient operation and maintenance. As pelletizing is performed in cold condition,pellets sticking can be avoided.
For strand pelletizing process,usually water bath,air knife,pelletizer and vibration sieve are provided.The system is in module design,so users can add a hot air drying chamber,pneumatic conveying system,silo or other equipment to it as options according to process requirements.
APP:
1.PE,EVA etc,filled with CaCo3,talc,TiO2,carbon black etc.
2.Cable shesth,cable insulation conpounds of LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE,or MDPE.
3.Radiction-crosslinkable,heat-shrinkable cable conpounds
4.PPR pipe compounds,PE compounds for crosslinked pipes;TPR,TPU,TPV thermoplastic elastomers;
5.EVA and hot-melt adhesives Color concentrates of PE,ABS,PS,EVA,etc;
6.Flame retardant masterbatches of ABS,EVA etc;
7.Masterbatches with PE,PP,PS etc as carriers for degradation applincations.
