Specifications
1. Small sized nonwoven production line used for sample making, special fiber test, high-value product production.Pilot line for the laboratory, sample making and small-scale production uses.
It includes opening machines, carding machine, crosslapper and needle punching machines.
This line includes three units: fiber opening system,fiber web carding system and web bonding system. The web width is 500mm. This line can process diverse fiber type, which is very flexible and easy to operate. .
Suitable fiber: Natural fiber such as cotton, flax, wool and silk.
Synthetic fiber such as polyester, polypropylene (PE-PP) and nylon.
Regenerated fiber such as bamboo fiber, soybean fiber, bombax cotton fibre and modified fiber
