1. Our CNC Machine Air Filtering System is equipped with ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) air filter to clean 90% machine tool oil mist, aerosol spray, fume & particulate pollution
2. Heavy airborne oil mist particles and droplets would be generated due to the use of metal-cutting fluid during the turning, milling, drilling, grinding and other metal processing procedures. This draws widespread attention to the pressing problem of the indoor air quality for the workers.
3. Influence of machine oil mist:
a) Harmful to physical health: Oil (smoke) mist pollution may cause damage to your lungs, throat and skin.
b) Accident-prone Environment: Oil mist may diffuse on the floor, making it more slippery and more prone to accidents.
c) Prone to fire: Oil mist may accumulate, making it more of a fire hazard.
