1.QT6-15B Automatic Concrete Hollow Brick Machine advantage
(1) This model automatic concrete hollow brick machine completely use PLC systems, human-computer interface and Chinese/English menu. It integrated with the advanced international mechanic, hydraulic and automatic technologies. Its easy for workers to communicate with the machine through color screen touch control system. The parameter is adjustable any time in accordance with the change of products and materials. it can analyze signal random, diagnosis fault and set parameter, this ensure the best work of the machine;
(2) About the electricity motor ,in Mixer and host machine ,we will use Germany siemens motor ,because this two part nearly working all time in working day ,so we could use high level hard wearing motor for this ,and ther motor we will also use CE standard motor ,
(3)About the switches ,we will select the France Schneider brand , it is could assure the working process smoothly .
(4) The Control System Using computer control and man-machine interface. Electrical equipments apply the well-known brands from Japan and Germany, like Japan Mitsubishi .
(5).The brick mould of brick making machine, in order to prolong the life of brick mould, we use the newest high temperature carburizing heat treatment technology, the quality is good.
(6).Hydraulic system :Hydraulic components made in Taiwan, we use high-dynamic proportional and directional valves, which automatically adjust the oil flux and pressure as per specific working requirements,
this design greatly prevent the cylinder from damage.
