Automatic cap lining machine can insert liners into caps automatically, avoiding the manual pollution and improving the product efficiency dramatically. Two basic cap lining machine layouts are offered, linear (in-line) machines and rotary. In-line cap lining machines are two-head and the rotary machine is with one head or two heads.
Features
1. It replaces the handwork, avoids secondary pollution on the materials.

3. The machine can reject the defect caps automatically.
4. The sorting cap system puts the messy bottle caps in order, and makes all caps upward.
5. The machine can stop feeding automatically when caps are over supplied.
6. The system stops and alarms when caps are in short supply.
7. The machine can stop automatically when it reaches the output that has been set in the system.
8. Automatically alarm and stop when breakdown occurs.
