Application:
GA014PD Hank to cone rewinding machine,This machine is for winding hank yarns into Cone-type cheese yarns, they are applied to the processes such as warping, knitting and yarn combining etc..

*Grooved drum: Bakelite drum with a diameter of Φ82.5mm and 2.5 circles of anti-ribboning
*Yarn-break auto-stop device: Each spindle has an independent set of auto-stop device.
*Tension device: snail yarn, devil catcher and yarn guide device form a whole set (Tensional pulley has three different weights, like 18.2g, 7.4g and 3.5g).
*Anti-ribboning device: it has a intermittent switch in the Electronic box to make the motor rotating turning on and off circularly. The intermittent time can be adjusted according to the different denier yarn’s speed. It has an electronic display in this device.
*Machine size: L13600 x W1400 x H1960mm (it’s 100 spindles size ).
*Motor Specification: Main Motor, JF0-31-61. 1.1Kw, 380V, 960 RPM, 2 sets.
Auxiliary Motor, FW-11A-6, 0.18Kw, 380V, 960 RPM, 1 set.
The machine can optional install Yarn Electric Cleaner, Length counting device per spindle, time counting device, Frequency Inverter Controller, Air Splicer and etc.
