Sprintrubba

Used at the two sides of the cutting rule, with high hardness. During the cutting process the material is pressed towards the cutting rule thus supporting the nicks and reducing cutting dust. It can provide excellent columnar strength for ejection, while allowing space for compression.
Self lubrication to reduce board friction. New Flat Top C profile for reduced board bruising with concave base for total stability.
As the die is indexed and the cutting rule meets the substrate, the profile rubber “rolls over”, supporting the board and moving it towards the rule. This results in a much cleaner cut. There is also less strain on the nicks so fewer can be used.
