This top-panel supports 6 kinds of body positions by electric hydraulic control which controls the lifting and lowering, forward and backward tilts and leftward and rightward tilts of the top panel, the upward and downward folding of the hip board, the upward and downward folding of the leg boards, and the locking and unlocking of the base. The changes of the angles of the head board and crus board are adjusted manually through pneumatic spring
