Features:

1. This is machine is used HDPE, LDPE, biodegradable materials(corn starch) as raw material to produce natural color roll film and printing vest bags. Use computer programming control system, servo motor automatic fixed length, from feeding, back, cutting, punching holes and transporting only in one.
2. Configuring two servo motor control system and computer control, LPC LCD display with photoelectric eye tracking control, intuitive and easy to operate, which can produce both color bag.
3. Host imported converter analog control, automatic feeding system enables smooth bag, seal cutting accurate. Automatic presses for folding device, the conveyor belt to send bags function, easy to collect.
4. Blow-type discharge system, with integral design of the bag bottom, set bags neatly, the gripping position accurate punching.
5. Cutter uses current independent heating, high-precision temperature controller automatic temperature control, easy operation, accurate temperature control.
6. The whole machine is automatic control electronic circuit IC, socket design, dress up easily; and have no material, cutting, blocking material stop function.
