Instructions to apply them on your feet:
(But this is the same for other areas of your body ^^)
1. Place the label on your feet.
(Alternative option: It does not have to be the feet but it can be over other
areas of the body where you are experiencing pain, discomfort or swelling)
2. Remove the clear film from the adhesive sheet.
3. Place over the label where it says "Please put adhesive sheet on this side".
4. Wear it for 8 to 12 hours for toxins to be fully absorbed by the patch.
(You should wear a sock to prevent them from peeling off during sleep when you toss and turn)
5. It is recommended that you should sleep with them on but you do not need to :)
It is just that, it is the time when your body relaxes and when you sleep, supposedly the toxins will get to the feet easily.
Note: The Detox Foot Patch should not be placed over open wounds, mucous membranes, or around the eye area!
