1. INTRODUCTION OF RASPER
The rasper is widely used in the starch production to break the material. It is made of stainless steel. The rotor is forged by special stainless steel on which hundreds of files are installed. The reversible files is specially designed with a thickness of 1.25mm.
The rasper is compact with a high rotary speed(100m/s in linear velocity). The material coming out from the rasper is fine, well-distributed and fully extracted.
2. ADVANTAGES
- The rotor’ speed is as high as 2100 rpm, high linear speed and high efficient 1.25mm thickness saw blades ensure a higher grinding efficiency;
- The new bearings and bearing chamber design can prevent foreign matters from coming into the bearings to ensure long service life and performance;
- The saw blades are easy to replace, no special tool needed;
- The screen plate can be easily removed by special taken-out design. The cutter block can be easily replaced from the outside.
