The application of microwave sterilization machine:
This machine can be used for sterilization food,beverage,medium,pepper and so on.
Specially it can sterilize the culture medium.
The reason why we choose microwave sterilization but not the autoclove for culture mediam:
1.The traditional method to sterilize the medium is using the autoclave (high pressure steam sterilization) .
If you wanna sterilize all the bacterium,the medium need stay under the condition of temperature 121 °C for more than 2 hours .
2.But if you use the microwave oven to do the experiments,it is about several minutes to kill all the bacterium.
Because the microwave energy can penetrate the medium directly,and make all the bacterium losing water.
You know if the life loses water,he will die.
3.But different bacteria has different ability to absorb the microwave.So the effect is different.
Usually it have bacteria, mold, yeast and actinomyces.
4.we can design the machine for you specially.If you wanna solve the problem of the sterilization for media.

Warranty:while delivering machine,we will provide 2 sets spare parts freely.For the whole equipment,warranty is 12 months,within 12 months,if have equipment quality problems,we will provide accessories freely. After the expiration of the warranty period,if have spare parts problem,we only receive the cost of required replacement parts.We commit we will provide free technical support of equipment all whole life.
3. Pre-shipment Inspection: supplier should make trial run for the whole packing assemble at supplier’s factory
before shipment .
