1.sunflower oil refined plantmain function:
sunflower oil refined plant is used for refining crude vegeatble oil to high quality cooking oil. It is make the dark color and smell crude oil to colorless and odorless salad oil.
2.sunflower oil refined plant main types:
Batch type sunflower oil refined plant: 1-30 tons per 24 hrs.
Semi-comtinuous type sunflower oil refined plant:10-50 tons per 24 hrs.
Continuous type sunflower oil refined plant: 20-600 tons per 24 hrs.

Functions of main parts:
Degumming:To remove the colloid soluble impurities, and prepare for the subsequent refining process.
Deacidfying:To remove the free fatty acid in the crude oil.
Decoloring: To remove the pigment in the crude oil by adding active clay, so that can improve the oil quality.
Deodorizing:To remove the odor in the oil, so that can improve the flavor, stability, color and quality of the oil.
Dewaxing: To renmove the wax in the oil and improve the quality of the oil. It is suitable for further refining sunflower oil,corn oil and rice bran oil etc.
