As the manufacturer of the soybean oil machine, we can according to different markets and different customers requirements to provide different design and produciton lines:
pra oil production plant for pretreatment line:
It is used for removing the stones, sands in of the soya, at the meanwhile, it will crush, soften, flak, cook and heat the soya to make oil easy to extract out.
pra oil production plant for press line:
Pressing is used for extracting the soya oil , the final residue is about 5%-7%, it is usually used for processing small capacities, such as 5tons/d, 10tons/d, 20tons/d.
3. soy oil processing plant for solvent extraction line:
It is used for processing large capacities, such as 30tons and above, the final oil residue is less than 1%. And soya meal quality is also good than pressed soya cakes.
pra oil production plant for refinery line:
It is used for removing the FFA, Phospholipid, Pigment and bean odors and other impurities in the crude oil. It can effectively to improve the soya oil quality.
5. soy oil processing plant for single oil press:
it is used for processing small capacities oil seeds, such as below 5tons per day. It is very economic and easy to operate.

What is the main differences between the press method and solvent extraction ?
1. Extraction method:
Oil press is utilizing the mechanical power to press the oil out.
Solvent extraction is using the interniscibility of the solvent and oil to make the oil out, then utilizing their different vaporization points to separate them.
2. Oil yield:
By oil press method, the oil residue is about 5%-6%.
By solvent extraction method, the oil residue is less than 1%. This is why there is some many customers prefer this kind of method.
3. Economic value:
To some extent, no matter the machines costs, workshops costs and operation costs, the soybean oil press line is less than the solvent extraction line. But when processing large capacities oil seeds, chosing solvent extraction line can help the final user get maximum profit. Especial for soybean and rice bran, the oil producers always chose the solvent extraction, because is not only help the final user get the maximum oil, but also can help you get the good quality meal.
4. Law rules:
Even the solvent extraction method can bring much benefits, but in some countries, the solvent extraction method can not be adopted. The press method is more traditional and acceptable.
