MDC Chamber Doctor Blade
Laser mark on the blade is MDC quality consent. Constant contact areas ensure consistent uniformity of color printing, keeping printing quality consistently.
Features:
Smooth Blade, good flexibility, good scratching effect, durable, reducing downtime, excellent mechanical properties. No grinding during using can ensure a good surface contact of ink to achieve the best effect.
100m/Box, anti-corrosion plastic security packaging, quality is more stable and durable. It’s suitable for the speed of more than 180m high-speed machine. No need to open boxes, to pull out to use.

Common thickness: 0.15/0.2mm
Linear: Each 3000cm length, the linearity tolerance is less than 0.6mm
MDC doctor blade is widely used in gravure packing printing, publication gravure printing, flexography,flexible UV printing, coating printing, offset coating, pressure-sensitive printing, screen printing and decorative materials printing.
MDC Standard Doctor Blade:
Standard doctor blade have exactly the same blade thickness. Within the life of the blade, it can make the contact area with the roller consistent, so keeping exactly the same tone. Some unique polished blade can make blade and roller fast fitting, reducing waste.
