Vaccination and domestication:
Fill the reactor with denitrification-specific water treatment biomaterial which grain size is 4-5MM. Filling height in the reactor is two-thirds;
Vaccinate activity sludge: water with NO3-N concentration 40-100mg/L flows through the measurement pump, and flows into denitrification-specific water treatment biomaterial reactor. Up-flow water intake is be used, discharges in the outlet, oxygen concentration is not controlled.
Domestication:
Stay in the water: for 2-3h at a temperature of 25-30 ° c under conditions of film culture of denitrifying microbe, 5-7days to water flowing out, water quality is stabilize ,activated sludge acclimation and biofilm colonization is finished;
Under the same conditions, removal of nitrate from waste water.
